North Star collects only the information you choose to share for reviewing and following up on your project.
What the project review collects
The form may collect your name, contact method, project address, answers about the work, timing, and any photos or documents you select.
How it is used
North Star uses the information to assess the request, prepare follow-up questions, contact you about the project, and maintain the related private business record. The website does not generate an automatic estimate.
Files and saved progress
Submitted photos and documents are stored privately. Before submission, questionnaire answers may be saved in your browser on this device for up to 30 days. That local draft is not sent to North Star, and selected files must be added again after resuming.
