Questions clients ask

Before you begin

Is an exact square-foot measurement required?

No. Share an estimate if you know it; exact areas can be measured during follow-up.

Can I supply the flooring?

Yes. The intake lets you note whether you, North Star, or both sides may supply materials.

Can damaged flooring be matched?

Sometimes. Matching depends on the material and availability, which North Star will confirm.

Can baseboards be included?

Yes. Add them to the project details so they can be reviewed with the flooring scope.
