Questions clients ask

Before you begin

Do I need to know my roof size or pitch?

No. Approximate details help when you know them, but North Star can confirm measurements during follow-up.

Should I climb onto the roof for photos?

No. Use ground-level views or existing photos only. Never put yourself at risk for the questionnaire.

Can a roof repair be quoted from photos alone?

Photos help us prepare, but leaks and structural concerns often need an in-person look before a firm quote.

Do you offer roof inspections by themselves?

Roof-inspection-only service is not part of North Star's published V1 services.
